What's on YOUR menu for Friday

I hope you had a great day at the lake.
I am posting late but here goes
B -Latte w/scoop vanilla protein
L - Tuna, lt mayo, relish
S - 1 1/2 String Cheese
D - Crab legs, 5 green beans
Fluid - 44 oz so far, will start drinking in about 15 minutes to get rest in for night
Vits - not good 2 of 4 calcium, missed my biotin, prenatal at bedtime
Protein: 80
Carbs: 29
Fat: 29

Ok, I'm home and had a great time. My partner caught a catfish and I caught a little brim.
Heres my menu
B~Protein shake
S~1/2 string cheese
L~Power crunch bar
D~ 1 baked chicken breast
S~Protein shake
Exercise: I walked through the park and walked for 20 min. after dinner
Vitamins: Done
Water: 60 oz of propel and water.

It sounds like everyone had a great Friday - fish, sunshine and some fun along the way. Glad to hear it, me, too.
B: 1/4c blended black beans and a pinch of cheese
L: 2oz chicken, 2 bites lentil salad
S: cheese stick
D: spanikopita minues the fillo
S: egg with 2 pinches of cheese
drank 2/3b isopure thru the day and all my water.
All of my cheeses are LF, I'm just tired of typing it every day. LOL
I'm traveling this week so lets see what menu options I find in NYC and LA. I packed a bunch of vials of protica and some bars. I'm going to be around that darn red wine, too, which is just as bad as peanut butter.
