Happy Saturday! I just sent the questionnaire to all who said they wanted to participate. If you did not get an email from me let me know and I will resend it. Sometimes emails with attachements go to my spam or junk mail folder. We are going to go join the Y, I am making the plunge, if I spend the $$$, I have to use it - right?!?! Just putting it in writing ... my struggle witht this exercise thing .... ahhhaaahhhhahhhh! Amber, We went and joined the Y. I think it is awesome. The facility is moderate sized. It has an indoor and outdoor pool. A WOMENS ONLY circuit training room (like curves), full cardio room, full weight room, locker room has a whirlpool and sauna, indoor walking track, FREE CHILD CARE - WOO HOO, an exercise room with a 12 week course attached to it for those who are overcoming health issues. They have tons of classes, some are free, some you have to pay extra for. Classes are the typical types you would think of aerobics, spinning, yoga, Pilates, mommy and me gymnastics and swimming. OH YEAH, they have two professional massage therapists on staff. They even have a sliding scale fee. The more you make, the more you pay. Our family membership is $50.00 per month. How about that?
