I guess Kay is MIA or maybe she is out having fun at the lake; fishing and watching the sunset. Either way, I still enjoy posting my menu every day as a visual of what I consumed. So I'm going to start the tread for today. Kay, I'm not stepping on your toes hun. My menu: B: 1 egg, 1 breakfast sausage link, 1/2 slice toasted marble rye L: skipped, too busy D: 7 medium shrimp & 1 almond crusted fillet of flounder (took a while to eat, but I wanted to get in all that protein ) S: protein shake made with CC with milk and fresh strawberries Vitamins done, about 40 oz water, yard work for exercise today. Totals: Cals: 538 Carbs: 17 Fat: 24 Protein: 70 Have a great Sunday, time for Desperate Housewives!! Dawn

Hey Dawn, Thanks for posting for me. We went to a birthday party and I forgot to do it before I left. Here is my menu... B~1/4 C. Eggbeaters and 2 turkey breakfast sausage L~26 oz bottle of propel.. I was busy so I didn't eat. D~Was at a birthday party so I had a little of this and that.. 1/2 a grilled chicken wing, 1/4 of a beef rib, 3 cheese cubes and 1 strawberry S~4 oz chocolate cc milk w/ a scoop of protein Thanks again Dawn, Kay

B: 8 oz Carb Countdow Choco Milk L: 2 oz broiled chicken breast, a tiny bit of sour cream S: 8 oz Carb Countdown Choco Milk, small bite of cake D: Nectar F: Nectar TOTALS: Cals 504 Fat 16 Carbs 13 Protein 80 Water intake at an all time low today! Eeek Vits: Done Exercise: Again, really I need to get back on track!

B - 4oz decaf, 8oz Mootopia Milk, scoop vanilla protein L - Cheese and Sausage off of pizza - we made easter baskets for one of the local assistance ministries after church today - so there was a pizza party D - Chicken Cordon Bleu - 1/2 Fluids - pushing 84 oz Vits - missed my calcium today, will take prenatal when I go to bed Exrecise - I JOINED THE Y - WOO HOOO--- I DID THE CIRCUIT TRAINING, TRAINING CLASS TODAY, TOMORROW I WILL DO THE REAL THING Good Night and God Bless, Jen Calories: 711 Carbs: 15 Fat: 37 - OUCH it was the pizza toppings Protein: 75
