What can you still not eat?
Sugar-free things give me the runs, unfortunately. Haven't tried anything with real sugar in it, so don't know if it makes me dump and I don't want to find out. Can't drink milk - even the lactose-free kind.
But I haven't had trouble with anything else. Never felt nauseous, never felt like I needed to throw up, never felt like anything was "stuck". Maybe I am chewing everything well enough - I chew everything until it is liquified in my mouth. Therefore I have no problems with any kind of meat - or anything for that matter.
Believe me, this is a curse more than anything... Nothing bothers me. I still haven't tried steak (wait yes I had some of my husband's on the cruise and did fine). I can eat anything and enjoy it. At least that is my experience so far. And believe me I have tested the theory. I don't overeat anything because I don't want to ruin what I have accomplished, but let's just say I have had regular chocolate in the past few days. (See's brand boxed candy; the dam UPS man brought it to me at work) The only thing is that it tastes sweeter to me than it used to and so I really don't like it. (Not like chocolate was ever my thing). Happily, I crave fruit more than anything else.
