How is everyone doing today? I am good.
Here is what I ate....
B~Protein shake
L~1/2 C. Chicken salad made w/ Leftover baked chicken breast, boiled egg, ff mayo, relish, celery and onion
D~1/2 C. Chicken salad
S~4 oz CC chocolate milk w/ a scoop of protein.
Water: 45 oz so far
Vitamins: done
Exercise: 30 min. walk after dinner.

Hi Kay. Everything's going great on this end. On my way out the door to work very soon. Thank you for posting this everyday. It really helps!! Here's my menu:
B- 4 oz. Low Carb & Sugar yogurt 1/2 scoop banana protein powder and 3 slices turkey bacon....21 g of protein!
S- protein shake...38
milk 8
L- Grilled chicken and one bite of spinach & cheese enchilada....14
D- SBD chicken & pasta w/ broccoli in roasted pepper sauce.....21
S- SF pudding
Water: 52 so far...will get more in at work
Vitamins...done
Protein...104
Exercise...45 mins of STEP class and 15 minutes of BOSU (for toning)

L: 1 oz beef jerky, 1oz peanuts

D: maybe a protein bar and some soup
I have had a 20 oz Isopure for my protein

Vits: eh I'm gonna take one right now
Exercise: GYM!

I had a good day today too. Nothing special, just a nice day.
My menu today~
B: 1/2 power crunch bar
S: 8oz 8th Continent refreshers soy juice (lots of carbs, thought it would be a good idea to drink after working out)
L: chicken with FF italian dressing
D: BBQ pork loin (my first time firing up the grill this year
) & broccoli
Vitamins done, about 60oz water in counting my snack above, 2 hours at the gym.
My totals:

carbs: 41
Protein: 53

I was fine with it. Yeah I know what you mean about the sugar...30 carbs in 8oz. Did you read my post on Friday? My blood sugars went dangerously low after working out and some people on the main board posted to drink OJ after working out. Well OJ has just as many carbs without the protein of 8th Continent.
I'm just going to be careful not to drink any more than 8oz a day.
