L: canned tuna with FF miracle whip
D: italian baked chicken w/grilled yellow squash, eggplant, & zucchini
Vitamins done, good on fluids, 2 hours at the gym

Late in the evening ....
B - coffee, milk, protein scoop
L - chicken breast with black beans, tomato and onion salsa
S - protein scoop
D - almond crusted flounder, zuchini in tomato sauce
Fluids - over 80 so far
Vits - missed calcium
exercise - none today - we have bible study on tuesdays

B - 5 mini toast crackers and 2 tbsp garlic whipped cream cheese
S - handful butter flavor microwave popcorn
L - 3 italian stuffed mushrooms
S - 1 mini corn on the cob, boiled
D - 2 chinease chicken wings and .5 cup steamed chicken and veggies, chinease style. No oil or sauce.
S - 3 sugar free vanilla wafers
I stopped the protein supplement per my nutritionist. However, the supplements were giving me that all day full feeling. Now I find myself snacking. I'm not so sure about this.
