Did your surgeon give you any good advice? my menu~ B: 8 oz CC white milk w/1 scoop strawberry protein L: canned tuna with FF miracle whip D: italian baked chicken w/grilled yellow squash, eggplant, & zucchini Vitamins done, good on fluids, 2 hours at the gym My Totals: Cals consumed: 610 Cals burned: 1009 Fat: 16 Carbs: 6 Protein: 106 Dawn

She said to drink plenty of water and take something that don't have any asprin in it. I ended up taking 2 Excedrins. Then I read that they are not good because of caffine. Well I wont take them again but my headache is gone. Thanks for asking kay

B - 5 mini toast crackers and 2 tbsp garlic whipped cream cheese S - handful butter flavor microwave popcorn L - 3 italian stuffed mushrooms S - 1 mini corn on the cob, boiled D - 2 chinease chicken wings and .5 cup steamed chicken and veggies, chinease style. No oil or sauce. S - 3 sugar free vanilla wafers I stopped the protein supplement per my nutritionist. However, the supplements were giving me that all day full feeling. Now I find myself snacking. I'm not so sure about this. Calories 703 fat 34 Carbs 43 Protein 57
