Hi Jaci~ What a cute title! I did work my wiggles last night, I went to the gym and my trainer stretched my back out for me and then I did some weights and the bike for 30 mins. I'm on low impact this week since I tweaked my back over the weekend. Dana

Hey Jaci, Well you know how the weather has been in our area, so I didn't get to do my normal 2.5 mile walk but I did work out on my stationary bike for an 1hr. I am starting my new job shortly, and after I get my schedule I am going to check out some gyms around here locally. Do you go to the gym at MC or another local gym?
