What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Good evening Ladies
How is everyones day? Mine is good. Nothing exciting, just a pretty good day.
Here is my menu....
B~Protein shake
L~Inside of a chicken taco and few bites of pinto's n cheese from Taco bell.
D~Grilled Chicken leg without skin and 1 brocolli spear
S~Protein shake
Water: 50 oz so far
Vitamins: only iron left

Ya know, I could really skip posting today. I ate way more calories and carbs then normal.
My menu:
B: quaker low sugar oatmeal
S: bottle of stacker2 protein water
L: buffalo chicken wrap form subway (ate the WHOLE thing!! After thinking about it I guess it wasn't that bad, it was 1/2 cup chicken, pinch lettuce & onion, and 1 slice of cheese. Oh and the tortilla)
D: 3 turkey meatballs, 1 teaspoon organic sauce, 1/4 cup italian cheese blend.
Vitamins done, water in, 110 mins at the gym
Totals:
Cals consumed: 785
Cal burned: 912
Fat: 32
Carbs: 56
Protein: 74
I still fell into the normal range, but it seems like SO much for me. Needless to say, no snacks tonight!!

Hello lovely people....beautiful day here in sunny Tennessee.
B: 3/4 cup special K cereal
L: boca burger w/cheese
D: protein shake
S: not sure yet but my protein is low so I will be snackin'
vit: not yet
exercise: kick me, Im so lazy
fluids: 64oz so far will try for 100
Im in one of those moods where I feel like I will never loose another pound and be fat forever and this surgery was a waste of money. I know, I know.....it takes time to take all the weight off. But its just one of those days!

B: A piece of reduced fat cheese - (5 grams protein)
S: Some mixed nuts - (5 grams protein but 15 grams of fat! yuck)
L: Some Healthy choice pastrami with 1 oz cheese and dijon mustard - (18 grams of protein)
S: Profect drink (25 grams of protein)
D: Haven't had it yet, but I know I'm having a salmon patty, and probably some veggies
Water: Only 32 oz so far...have to do better
Vitamins: Done, except for the B12 I take on Wednesdays
Exercise: Gonna try

all bad day for me
B ~ 2 baby spoon bites of tuna and
L ~ 4 chicken breast nugets and
D ~ 2 bites of fish and guess what
Does it count on fitday if it comes back up?
I am not doing to good on water, but I did work out today I will try something else later. I am drinking, drinking and drinking right now.

Hmmmmm--- many of you said a bad day and you ate so little! No here's a bad day (not that I'm proud or bragging, mind you). I wanted to post this to: be honest, keep myself accountable and to reach out to anyone who still struggles with bad choices and overeating (mainly bad snacking/grazing)like I do.... Cathy
breakfast: 1 HB egg and string cheese
snack: string cheese
overeating:
1 cup hot choc that someone brought me (I'm weak and wished I'd have politely thanked them and dumped it when they left--but no I drank half)
4 mini chocs (yep, I did!)
lunch: egg salad w/tofu over lettuce
snack: fake sf coffee
overating: PB with SF choc sauce (again, yep!)
dinner: refried beans + string cheese + lf sour cream
