Got my final bill today!!

You can imagine the fear that came across my face when I saw that envelope in with my mail today!! I opened it slowly. Sweat beading up on my forehead. Heart started to race. Hands were shakey. I pulled the invoice from the envelope. opened it up. and in the pay this amount box was the number I was dreading..... $10 Dawn

I am so happy for you. I paid $250 co-pay. I saw the bill from the hospital that my insurance paid. $77, 000 for my surgery and over $5, 000 for the endoscopy, I don't know how much my ultrasound was, but I was in there for 1 hour so I bet it was a couple of thousand. Plus the psychological, nutrictianist. I am so grateful!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so amazed!!!! I thank God everyday for my surgery!!!!! I pray I never take it for granted. God bless you journey!!!! Love J. I've been getting tons of bills. They have only been submitted to one of our two insurances. I am waiting for the second ins co to do their thing. I will probably end up with $200 deductible $200 for my private room and some other charges. My out of pocket max is $1000, not bad.
