Tired, tired, tired??

For the last 2-3 weeks I have been so tired, only being able to get up go to work, nap and go to bed. About 10 hours of waking time. I called the doctor and they said make sure you are taking your vitamins and getting protein. I feel I am getting enough protein, but still tired. Any ideas?

B12 and iron are often common culprits of fatigue. Are you taking both B12 and iron supplements?

I take Optisource chewable vitamins 4 times a day. My surgeon wanted me to take this brand, so I feel I should be getting enough.

The only time I feel like this is when I don't drink enough water. surgeon said it's signs of dehydration.
