What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?
Good afternoon ladies
How is everyone doing? I'm doing good.
I have been shopping too much and need to stop. It's so hard not to. The clothes look so much better then they did when I was in bigger sizes. I think I need therapy!
I'm trying not to buy too much because I know I'm still loosing weight. Anyone else looking at clothes more?
Here is my menu .....
B~Protein shake
L~Power crunch bar
S~SF popsicle
D~Boiled shrimp and salad
S~4 oz CCC w/ added protein
Water: 30 oz so far
Vitamins: done

I love shopping, I'll admit I'm addicted to it. I usually pick up clothes whenever I drop a size, I try to look at clearance first. Have fun!
B-4 ounces of Dannon Lit N Fit Strawberry Banana Yogurt
L-1/2 c. of Lactaid Cottage Cheese w/8 raspberries
D-1/2 of a grilled chicken breast w/salsa, 6 green beans & a few bites of shrimp quishe. (sp)
Water: 32 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 30 minutes at Curves

I love to shop too but I have been doing really good holding off. I am only buying things as they become necessary. Then I buy them tight so I get some use out of them.
my menu~
B: 8oz CC milk w/1 scoop vanilla protein (added a splash of imitation vanilla...yumm)
L: 1 can gourmet tuna, dry (sat very heavy)
D: 1 can chicken w/1 teaspoon FF Mir.Whip
Vitamins done, still working on water, 2 hours at the gym

B: 11 slices of turkey pepperoni
1 lowfat mozarella string cheese
L: 3 teapoons of Lobster Bisque
3 bites of chicken thigh first I ate and no problems
1 pineapple chunk fresh
3 small bites of watermelon
D: 1/4 cup of lobster bisque
.5oz of chopped up chicken thigh leftover from lunch from the one
chicken thigh I bought
1 bite size piece of fresh pineapple leftover from lunch
1 bite size piece of watermelon leftover from lunch
I need to drink more water
All my vitamins are in..........
