Did You Work Your Wiggles Today?

I hear ya on the tired thing. I went thru it last week and the week before. I seem to be back on track this week so I went to the gym tonight and did my trainer session, walked 1/2 mile and rode tad fun doing it. I rode the bike for 7 miles. I kept it low key since I hurt my back this weekend. Have a good evening!

Well I can say I wiggled..does that work? LOL seriously I worked in the garden till we got some severe weather and went under tornado watch....bummer. But I have been steeping up my walking a lot lately and I got a new video that I am starting tomorrow with one of those resistence bands. I hope it kicks the wiggles off of me!!!
