Good afternoon How is everyone enjoying this beautiful weather? I am loving it! Well I'm on my way out the door so I'm posting a little early. Here is my menu... B~Slim Fast low carb shake L~Power crunch bar D~Skinless baked chicken thigh and salad. S~Protein shake Water: 30 oz so far Exercise: will walk 30 min. after dinner Vitamins: almost done. Worked at the restraunt all day. Got quite a bit accomplished. Just might be ready when we open on the 17th. B 3oz oatmeal L one raviolli with a little veggies D Grilled chicken wrap S Beef jerky Fluids 45oz and pushing Vitamins done Calcium done Exercise just the physical labor at the restraunt. B: Espresso with 1% milk L: (Brunch) small piece of bread pudding; few bites coffee cake small part of an omelette with cheese, avocado, ham 4-5 bites of potato capuccino D: 3-4 oz steak on a skewer 2 pieces bell pepper, 2 mushrooms, piece of onion about 1/4 cup rice and 1/4 cup cabbage
