Hey All~ I'm posing as Kay this week while she is visiting family. Sorry I am posting so late. I was going to post this 2 hours ago but I hadn't had dinner yet. My menu~ B: Skipped L: tuna w/6 SF bread and butter pickle chips D: Wendy's side salad w/grilled chicken Vitamins in, fluids good, 2 hours at the gym My totals: Cals consumed 466 Cals burned 628 could have been better there fat 14 carbs 16 protein 70 Dawn

1 can of tuna has 44 grams and 1 chicken breast has 26 grams I did have some protein water though that I didn't count (10 grams) Dawn

Greetings! B: 1/4 lentils with pinch LF shredded cheese L: office pot luck....2T guac, 1/3c black bean dip (I made it), 4 baked tortilla chips. 1" square egg/potato thingy. Scoop cheese dip. AM and Afternoon: bottle isopure D: egg frittata from Whole Foods 40 oz water so far All the vitamins

Hi Dawn! Where do you buy a can of tuna with 44 grams of protein!? I want one lol. B- Atkin's Shake L- Nada (Pookie not feeling well) S- Some almonds, still not 100% D- Celebratory Mac and Cheese with Tuna- Yummmm! Calories: 395 Protein: 29 Carb: 32 Fat: 17 I really sucked today lol!!!!!
