I'm posing as Kay this week while she is visiting family. Sorry I am posting so late. I was going to post this 2 hours ago but I hadn't had dinner yet.
My menu~

L: tuna w/6 SF bread and butter pickle chips
D: Wendy's side salad w/grilled chicken
Vitamins in, fluids good, 2 hours at the gym

L-1/2 c. of Lactaid Cottage Cheese w/ 3 fresh strawberries
D-1/2 piece of grilled chicken, 1/4 c. of scalloped potatos & 1/4 c. of canned corn
Vitamins: Check
Water: 40 ounces so far

Its late and everyone is probably sleep but I'll post anyway.

L~ 1/2 a power crunch bar
D~ 1 slice of turkey and 1/2 a slice of cheese.
S~1/2 a power crunch bar
Today was one of them days where I did not want to eat a thing. I had to make myself eat the little bit of food that I did eat.
