Hi All~ Happy Tuesday. I can't believe Easter is this Sunday. I seems like the stores have had out all the stuff for it forever yet it still snuck up out of nowhere. Thank goodness my mother-in-law buys my daughter's dress each year. That's one less thing to worry about. QOD: 1. What is your favorite source of protein (IE: shakes, bars, food)? 2. What is your goal for today? 3. If you could eat one thing and not gain weight, dump, and could have a full plate of it, what would it be? my answers~ 1. Seafood. Mostly tuna because it is cheap but shrimp and flounder are a strong second place. 2. To drink 120 oz of fluids. (That would be 10 more than yesterday) 3. something Italian. Maybe manicotti with garlic bread or shrimp fettuccini alfredo. Have a great day!! Dawn

Hello Dawn and everyone! Im running late this morning, as usual. 1. My favorite protein is my shakes. I use Protein Delight. I put it in the blender w/ 8 oz of water and 6 ice cubes. Yummy. Even my 4 y/o picky eating daughter loves them. 2. My goal today is to get in all my water. Its going to be hard cause I will be traveling and then when I get there I will be around all my DH's buddies. 3. Pasta, pasta and more pasta. I just love the stuff and I miss it. Love fettuccini alfredo, spag., lasgana, anything w/ tons of carbs....lol. till Friday.......... kristi

I know, my kids are grown, but we still do an Easter egg hunt and I do baskets for the grand babies. It snuck up on me as well. 1. What is your favorite source of protein (IE: shakes, bars, food)? I have to agree about the seafood, that's my favorite. 2. What is your goal for today? Get all my protien in and increase my water intake. 3. Hi Dawn Lets see... here are my answers... 1. I have been getting the majority of my protein from Isopure, I like all the flavors now except for mango peach. 2. Goal today is to do 40 minutes of cardio tonight at the gym on top of my 50 minutes of resistance training. 3. I think today my answer would be Chicken wings from Wings n Things... HOT! With bread sticks and lots of ranch. MMMMMMM Yummy! Happy Tuesday! Dana

Morning Dawn!! Easter HAS snuck up on us! That also means the fair is only THREE weeks away! ACK! Great Questions for Today!: 1. What is your favorite source of protein (IE: shakes, bars, food)? *** Lately its been the Atkins Chocolate Royale shakes. They're so portable for me and easy to drink. A close second are the bars (but SOO many carbs ) 2. What is your goal for today? *** I want to work out 1.5 hours today, hopefully going 2 miles on the treadmill and experiment with the bikes- my knees still hurt some times, but we'll see. I also want to get all my fluids in 3. If you could eat one thing and not gain weight, dump, and could have a full plate of it, what would it be? *** Oh my goodness- definately Tuna Casserole and Spaghetti! YUM!!!

Good morning; I have been having so many other issues medically, not related to WLS that I have been counting down days for my hysti (next Tuesday). So .... 1. What is your favorite source of protein (IE: shakes, bars, food)? I don't have one. I love chicken, but there are times when it does not love me, but I guess it would be liver. 2. What is your goal for today? to drink more, and not to graze. 3. If you could eat one thing and not gain weight, dump, and could have a full plate of it, what would it be? Good afternoon Dawn and everyone. The stores are crazy already with everyone running out and buying easter stuff. 1~ Protein shakes then tuna 2~To get in 70 oz of fluids and at least 60 grams of protein. 3~Lasagna with extra sauce and big peice of garlic bread I have been slacking with the water and protein lately so these questions were perfect. my fave source of protein is pork and beef. to walk for 1.5 hours in total (3 times 30 mins...i live in the country, lots of land and all the time in the world lol ) a whole plate...no gaining...no dumping.....half the plate with date squares and the other half with apple crisp!!!!!

1. What is your favorite source of protein (IE: shakes, bars, food)? Regular food...especially meats. 2. What is your goal for today? To do my 30 minute walk. To drink at least 8 cups of water. 3. If you could eat one thing and not gain weight, dump, and could have a full plate of it, what would it be? Handmade pasta with my mom's pasta sauce and sausages and meatballs.
