Well the day is winding down (on the east coast anyway). Today was a good day. Did good on my foods. Did good on my fluids. And MOST importantly it's American Idol Tuesday. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let this be Bucky's last night!!!!
My menu~
B: 8oz Choc CC milk w/ 1 scoop protein
At gym: 19.44oz Stacker2 Protein Water
L: 3/4 cup grilled chicken w/1 tsp FF SF CF honey mustard dressing
D: 1/3 fresh steamed string beans, 4oz roasted turkey breast
Vitamins done, fluids good, 2 hours at the gym
