Hi All~ Well the day is winding down (on the east coast anyway). Today was a good day. Did good on my foods. Did good on my fluids. And MOST importantly it's American Idol Tuesday. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let this be Bucky's last night!!!! My menu~ B: 8oz Choc CC milk w/ 1 scoop protein At gym: 19.44oz Stacker2 Protein Water L: 3/4 cup grilled chicken w/1 tsp FF SF CF honey mustard dressing D: 1/3 fresh steamed string beans, 4oz roasted turkey breast Vitamins done, fluids good, 2 hours at the gym My totals~ Cals consumed: 605 Cals burned: 904.5 Fat: 18 Carbs: 15 Protein: 92 Have a great night!!! I have not done real well today but I am trying. B- protein shake L- nothing D- 1/2 c pork loin chop and about 6 green beans, 1/3 c mashed potatos S- maybe another protein drink, I am not very hungry today...arrrghhh Steph

It's late but I'm here to post my menu... B~Protein shake L~4 oz yoguart S~4 oz Chocolate CC milk w/ a scoop of protein D~1/2 a grilled chicken breast, few bites each of black beans and salad. S~5 Watermelon chunks.. OMG this was so good. Water: 50 oz water and propel Exercise: 25 min. walk this morning. Vitamins: Done. Kay
