Haha. #3) I prefer to have my own room. #4) I am there like Pierre in Times Square! #5) I would like some formal activites, maybe a formal dinner/dance or San Diego excursions. First off Thank You team leaders Cara, Leann and some others and am going to put in motion the travel logistics meaning get an awesome hotel, an airline and car company discount. I can't wait until we all meet. I would love to get group picture of all of us. Did anyone say how many days we are going to enjoy our get away....? 1) do you prefer the weekend of 19 January or 26 January? Either weekend is okay, The more advance notice the better since I have to cover work. 2) would you prefer a 3 star hotel in the $100 price range or a 4 star in the $125 range? Maybe, Can we bring our better half but make them disappear during the day when we are busy with our January buddies and spend time with them late at night. It would be nice to get away with no teenagers....A real holiday......... 4) do you plan to attend? A luncheon, maybe a yearbook with all our pictures from our obesityhelp site that way we can act reallly silly and young and get autographs and address, phones numbers from our friends. Then leave a space to add new pictures. A speaker from obesityhelp.com that can bring freebie samples from vendors, and coupons, and maybe even a award banquet for all to receive a award with all there weight lost posted on it.....Hey how about a newsletter? 6) would you like to help the planning efforts and is there any particular item you'd like to work on? Boy, aren't we lucky that we have you guys as part of the January family!!!! Here's my input: 1. Either weekend is fine. 2. Since my DH will probably come too, I'd say the $125 range. 3. Probably not since DH will most likely come. 4. I would love to attend. 5. I'd like some planned events w/ the rest unstructured. 6. As for help, if you need it, I'd be happy to do whatever.
