Hi Everyone! No gym today... I am so sore! Yesterday I walked 1.25 miles at 3 mph at a #3 incline- oh my gosh, my calves are aching! LOL I also upped my weights and feel great. Wasn't able to get on the bike, my knees are still feeling sad, so maybe in a few pounds I'll be able to do it! Since I didn't do the gym, I have been cleaning the mess in my room... I swear it looks like a tornado hit it! I have the radio set to a pop station and I have been dancing dancing dancing... my dog thinks I've gone Bonkers! he he Later, I have to clean some rabbit trays and work with the lamb. So I'm busy busy busy! How about you!? *~*Jaci*~*

I met my trainer at the gym, got measured and weighed, had BMI taken. Then she worked on form and posture in general and while on the cardio machines (treadmill, bike, elliptical). Basically, she watched me and made suggestions. It wasn't my typical workout, but I did workup quite a sweat. Maybe I'll go back later tonight...not sure if I can get away or not. Do you even need to ask if I worked out today?? Let me tell you....today was H**L. The air conditioner wasn't working I guess and there was no circulation of air AT ALL. (the gym is in a basement). I thought I was going to fall over and die I was sweating so bad. Nevertheless, I did my entire workout without stopping. Dawn

I thought about that; then I thought "I'm already one of the biggest people here, how much more attention do I need to draw to myself by showing I can't stand the heat?"

I worked out on my Cardiotrainer today. It's like a Healthrider. I was a beautiful Sunny 75 degree day in Chicago and I had all the windows wide open. It was glorious!

I think I've lost it!! I am so sore but worked out today 3 1/2 hours!! Yes, I took an hour aerobics class then proceeded on to the treadmill for 30 minutes and 20 minutes on the row machine 10 minutes shooting hoops playing basketball in the gym and then 30 minutes strength training. I came home and rested for an hour and went back for an hour spin class! AM I NUTS? Yes, when it was over I decided I cannot take a spin class. I couldn't hardly walk my legs were like jello! My bun hurt because the seat is much too small for my fat bun!! I can only imagine how I will feel tommorrow. Have a good night! Hugs, Julie
