Hi All~ What up? Because I'm not Kay you don't wanna post? I know more then 5 people ate yesterday. Come on people...you're giving me a complex. My menu~ B: 8oz CCC milk w/1 scoop protein At gym: Protein water L: Tuna with 1/2 teaspoon relish D: 17 turkey pepperoni, 1 light cheese stick Vitamins done, liquids in, 2 hours at the gym My totals: Cals: 520 Fat: 16 carbs: 8 Protein: 83 Dawn

Hi Dawn, Having some trouble rounding up people? I switched shifts yesterday and wasn't near a computer to post. Awww, don't get a complex!! I'll post! B: Reduced fat cheese snack (5 grams protein) L: Grilled chicken on a bed of mixed greens with a low-fat sesame dressing (estimate 25 grams protein) S: Profect protein drink (25 grams protein) D: I'm meeting a friend for Thai. I am thinking I'll probably get an order of Salad rolls with shrimp or tofu, or perhaps I'll try some satay. I'm not sure yet. (Any suggestions are welcome).

Awww....I'll post. I usually never post whenever I work night shift, but here goes: 2400- Salad w/ sunflower seeds, 1/2 egg, bacon bits, RF salad dressing, 2 tbsp egg salad w/ 2 saltines 0330- LF cheese stick...new brand and it's sooooo good! 1100- Atkins shake and .5 oz. turkey jerky 7:30 p.m.- 3 oz. pork loin and 1 tbsp green bean casserole Had some 16 oz. CC milk for fluids and protein. Working on my fluids...almost done! Vitamins....check! April

I don't usually post, so you got me L- half cup chili and a few bites of salad s - perfect protein drink, spoon of peanut butter D- something with hamberger Water - almost 50oz. vit, going to go now to take them Calories - maybe 400 for the day Protein - 45 - 50g. Will probubly have another protein drink just to get calories and protein up. Not eating alot these days. Not sure if I am not hungry or busy and forget.

B 1/3 egg, 1/3 small sausage pattie L 1/4 burger king side salad S 1 bite chicken 1 bite salmon 1 bite fruit (samples from Sam's D Don't know, don't really feel like eating tonight. Vitamins done Calcium done Fluids 64oz and counting Protein never manage enough protein Exercise, does pushing a LOADED flat bed cart around Sam's for over an hour count? Hazel

Hey Dawn Some days people just don't wanna post what they ate. Maybe they had something bad and don't wanna share Come on all you lurkers.. Post your menus for everyone. They really help others get food ideas. Anywho, Here is my menu B~ Protein shake L~1/2 a grilled chicken breast w/ 1 tsp of mustard D~1 hot wing (didn't eat the skin), 3 medium broiled shrimp, few bites of lettuce w/ FF ranch and 2 cucumber slices. S~Protein shake Water: 54 oz Exercise: walked for 30 minutes and shopping Vitamins: Done! Good night Kay

B- nothing, was running behind getting to gymnastics with Nati. L- 5 fish sticks(baked) S- sliced cucumber with lime juice and a splash of hot sauce, and a sprinkle of salt. D- 1/2 c of tuna with tomatoes, onions and lime juice mixed in. S- I have had about 4 thin sliced deli roast beef pieces. Water- so far 3 bottles 16.9 oz of propel and counting. vitamins- at bedtime I have been craving me some lime today....weird, must be cause it is that time once again!!! Steph
