What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?

I must say I have seen improvement from Tuesday but I know we can do better. Come on you lurkers, post your menu. If you are ashamed of what you ate, let this be your accountability post. Trust me, when you know your going to publicly annouce what you ate, you make the best choices!!
My menu~
B: 8oz CCC milk w/1 scoop protein
At gym: 19.44 oz protein water
L:
Quizno's low carb flatbread turkey lite sandwich (toasted) (ate 2/3 of flatbread)
D: salad (no dressing) with grilled chicken, cheese, & bacon bits for protein
Vitamins done, working on water, 2 hours at the gym
My totals:
Cals: 727
Fat: 22
Carbs: 29
Protein: 104

Hi Dawn
Well tonight is Passover and we are having Holiday dinner at our house. This will be the first holiday dinner for me so I have planned it out pretty carefully to make sure I don't make myself sick. Here's what I've had:
Breakfast: Light & fit Yogurt Cherry Vanilla
Lunch: Qsmart Bar Chocolate & Peanutbutter
Dinner will be: 3 oz Brisket of Beef, 1/2 C Kasha (buckwheat good source of protien) 1/2C vegetable casserole.

I had a teeth cleaning today and the hygenist nearly killed my gums! I could barely eat lunch, yet I prevailed! Here's what I had for today:
B- boiled egg w/ 2 slices turkey bacon
L- 2 oz. taco meat w/ .5 oz RF cheese eaten w/ 2 triangles of wrap and few bites of pintos and cheese
S- 1 cheese stick, 4 oz. Carb and Sugar control yogurt
D- 2 oz. tuna w/ lite mayo & 2 pita chips 2 soy crisps...also I had 5 pistachios as an appetizer
....they're full of fat for a whole serving...geez!

S~2 strawberries and 1 small SF chocolate egg
Water: 60 oz
Exercise: Shopping, Exercise bike for 20 minutes and worked in the yard
Vitamins: Done
