Did you HYDRATE today?
Dawn, I don't know how you do it!?! It is 3 pm for me and I have only gotten down like 10 oz!?!? I do seem to drink more in the later hours than at work, but still. Any tips? I have been better since I got some good bottles with a good opening. I seem to drink more and more easily with a wider mouth -- I don't know why. But I am psyched when I get in more than 40 oz of liquid!

I make a 2 quart container of Crystal Light first thing in the morning. I goal myself to empty that by dinner time (64oz). In addition to that I "normally" have my 19.44oz protein water and 8oz protein shake. After dinner I'll make a 20oz glass of Diet Iced tea and drink that with a fav TV show.
I think it is best to have visual goals. Like if you could take an empty 2 liter soda bottle and fill it up at work everyday first thing, then goal yourself to fini**** before you leave. As you drink you'll see your progress visually.
