Hi All~ Kay~I'm not sure if you wanted me to do the weekend too but I didn't see it posted yet and figured I would go ahead and post. My menu~ B: 8oz CCC milk w/1 scoop protien S: Stacker2 protein water L: Tendergill chicken sandwich from Burger King (Plain, no bun~only chicken) D: 2 BBQed chicken drumsticks (skin removed) Vitamins done, working on water, exercising this evening My totals~ Cals: 588 Fat: 15 Carbs: 9 Protein: 102 Dawn

It's so nice here today and I've been outside all day today. Here's my menu for today: B-1 egg w/ cheese, 3 slices turkey bacon S- Protein shake L-cheese stick D- something from the chinese store...maybe chick and broccoli? S- something...we're going out tonight but my friends want to eat before so I'll nibble a little something off someone's plate. Have a great Easter tomorrow! April

Dawn Thanks for doing it this weekend too. I get home Monday. B~Power crunch bar L~3 slices of thinly sliced deli turkey and 1 slice of swiss cheese rolled up. S~Protein shake D~Egg salad.. 1 lg. egg, FF mayo, relish and onion S~ Protein shake Exercise: 3 easter egg hunts with my daughter and 30 minute walk Water: 50 oz so far Vitamins: 1 calcium left Have a wonderful Easter everyone!!! Yep, I got a baby. Her name is Kristina and she is 10 years old. She hates when I call her baby. I have mentioned her a few times here. especially in Jaci's post w/ all the questions. I know I need to add pictures of her on my profile. HAPPY EASTER! Kay

B- 1/2 slice toast with peanut butter L- 1/2 barbecued cheeseburger S- 3 oz of tbone steak, cpl slices of cucmber water: 64 OZ and likely 16 more before bed! exercise: 3 hours of yardwork (raking, bringing lawn furniture out of garage etc) calories: dont know but gotta be under 1000 lol

hot tea to take my pills B instant oatmeal cooked IN milk w/ more skim milk added S cheese stick L almonds S none D 2 oz turkey thigh went for a LONG walk 1/4 mile...(well, long for ME with lymphodemic legs and a cane) working on water still I just cant eat near as much as the rest of you!! Nancy B

I did so good today then about 9PM I blew it....... B: protein shake L: boca burger w/ cheese D: 3 pork rinds, 3 pb crackers and 1 slice cheese water....check fluids.....check exercise.....nope kristi
