For the Peanut Butter Club!

I gave in!!! I have tried peanut butter and I'm still in love! I have officially joined the PBF Club! (PB Freaks for life - whooo hoooo!).
Right, so back to 'normal' now... I tried this recipe and it's soooo good, I just had to share. Hope you like it!

Peanut Butter Vanilla Fudge
1/2 stick fat free butter
1/2 cup low calorie peanut butter
2 ounces cream cheese (fat free)
1 cup Splenda
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (my friend uses Carb Solutions Vanilla- 21 grams of protein in 2 scoops)
Melt butter and peanut butter in microwave. Stir. Microwave for 1 more minute. Stir in cream cheese until completely dissolved. Stir in Splenda and protein powder. Line a glass baking dish with wax paper. Pour in dish. Put in refrigerator until cool. Cut into 20-1 inch squares. Enjoy!
