I am definately having a better day today.
B- hard boiled egg
L- hard boiled egg
D- don't know yet, maybe some country ribs...hmmm good question
Will probably have a shake or something later for snack.
Water is not there yet, but it is still early.
vitamins before I got to bed.
exercise later when I get some me time!!

Welcome back sounds like you had a fun trip. Today was a beautiful day and tomorrow is going to be even better. Here is my menu:
B-4 ounces of Dannon Lit n Fit Strawberry Banana Yogurt
L-4 ounces of Lactaid Cottage Cheese & 1 Polly-O cheese stick
D-1/2 of grilled chicken, 4 brussel sprouts, small salad & 1/4 of almonds
Water: 40 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 30 minutes at Curves
