Hello everyone! How is everyone doing today? I'm doing good. I stayed home most of the day and cleaned house and unpacked my bags. How was your day? Here is my menu.. B~Protein shake L~Baked chicken wing S~Protein shake D~1/4 C. plain tuna and 1/2 a HB egg. S~Fruit.. probably few watermelon chunks or grapes. Vitamins: almost done. Water: 40 oz so far but I'm not done. Exercise: walked one mile this morning. Have a good evening Kay

Hi there Kay!! I am definately having a better day today. B- hard boiled egg L- hard boiled egg D- don't know yet, maybe some country ribs...hmmm good question Will probably have a shake or something later for snack. Water is not there yet, but it is still early. vitamins before I got to bed. exercise later when I get some me time!! Steph

hot tea for my pills B instant oatmeal made with milk S none L cottage cheese with canned pineapple S nuts D mashed potatoes/carrots, peas. turkey (tiny amounts) still working on my water! Nancy B

Hi Kay, Welcome back sounds like you had a fun trip. Today was a beautiful day and tomorrow is going to be even better. Here is my menu: B-4 ounces of Dannon Lit n Fit Strawberry Banana Yogurt L-4 ounces of Lactaid Cottage Cheese & 1 Polly-O cheese stick D-1/2 of grilled chicken, 4 brussel sprouts, small salad & 1/4 of almonds Water: 40 ounces so far Vitamins: Check Exercise: 30 minutes at Curves Have a good night, Carly

hey guys B: 1/2 slice toast with peanut butter L: 1/2 cup 1% milk D: 1/3 of bbq cheesburger (WITH bun) this evening I am going to have 1/2 a turkey and cheese sandwich for an 11pm snack water: 64 OZ vitamins: done exercise: just walking for about an hour with the dog
