Ohhh Ken... you're too sweet. I try very hard to be optimistic as often as I can be. If I don't I think I'd be further down the than I am. It just gets so dang hard sometimes. I'm really looking forward to walking my neighborhood here soon without piles of snow and ice and the flowing rivers from said melt down. I've always taken great pleasure in that. It's something DH and I do when he's off duty. It somehow gives me a peace. I'm hoping my funk clears soon as well. Take care Cap'n K!

You give me great hope. Thanks for posting this. I lose very slowly. I still have 36 pounds to go, to reach my goal weight and I am almost 16 months post-op. I don't intend to give up. I still believe in being able to reach my goals. You post has just given me renewed hope. Thanks Karen G
