Good Afternoon Ladies How is everyone enjoying this beautiful sunny day. My day has been great. I'm going out for a while so I'm posting this a little early. Heres my menu B~Protein shake L~Inside of a chicken taco and few bites of pinto's n cheese from Taco bell. D~ Will be 1/2 a Grilled chicken breast and salad w/ lite ranch S~Protein shake Water: 25 oz so far but its early Vitamins: almost done Exercise: walked this morning for 30 min. Hey Kay; Today is beautiful out here in Ral, NC B~Southbeach Breakfest bar cinnimon raison yummmmm L~ inside of a chili cheese burrito from taco Bell D~havent decided yet S~ Water~I am on my 2nd tall glass of water Vitamins~ only B-12 in Exercise~ will walk when I get home from work with hubby!! xxooxxoo Tina

Sunny and warm in Chicago today as well. Pretty early so not much on the menu front but here goes: Breakfast: 1/2c lowfat cottage cheese and 10 green grapes Lunch: Carnation Instant Breakfast w/scoop of Anywhey Protein Don't know what's for dinner yet too early Vitamins: had my morning ones and my iron

Hey Kay!! b- 1/2 cup cereal with FF milk l- some salsa and ham d- lemon pepper chicken that has been in the crock pot all day! Smells great YUM!!! s- dunno yet if I'll have one or not. water: 30 oz so far but yes, it's early on. 4 oz. grape juice Hugs, Julie Have a great evening everyone!

Here's my menu: B: Protein shake L: Some reduced fat havarti cheese and some slices of tomato splashed with a little balsamic vinegar S: I'm about to have a few bites of watermelon D: I don't know yet but it needs to be high in protein. Water: Horrible Vitamins: almost Exercise: Tonight's my night off from the gym as I've done well this week. Thanks!!

hot tea to take my meds B milky oatmeal & ground flax seeds for fibre and omega fats S none L egg salad (2 hard boiled eggs w/ light mayo) S handful of nuts D protein shake water..still working on it B12, allergy pill, celexa, vitamins walked quarter mile (walking on lymphodemic legs and a cane)
