3 Months appointment today!

Hey, Its me again. I forgot to share my news in my post so I'm posting again. I had my three month appointment today and Doc says I'm doing good. I now weigh 316 lbs. !!!!!!! Total Weight loss since surgery.. 72 lbs. Grand Total ... 134 lbs. GONE!!!!! I feel GREAT!!! I don't weight myself often so I cant participate in the Monday weigh in. So I'm here tooting my own horn!!! Kay 450/388/316/175
