Hello everyone. I have figured out how to add pictures to my OH profile but when I do, they are huge. How do you make them smaller before adding them. This probably sounds like a dumb questions because its something simple but I'm clueless!! Thanks Kay

Kay, I am not at home but when you are in photobucket there is a option to reduce the picture 25,50,100% I usually check 25% for the small picture then I check it and if I want it bigger delete and try 50%. When I get home I will be playing with it some more I took some 3 month pics this morning and going to post tonite. So if I am wrong I will email you You are doing great! At least you are getting pics up-lol Tina xxooxxoo

Night time eating is my #1 problem- it's like I am constantly snacking on something, then I get the major guilt.

Hey Phyllis, That was so sweet of your friends, and family to throw ya a good ole party. And I know it had to make you feel so great. So now on to the losing side of things. Its great you have a good fiance to be there for you. Good luck on the surgery and see ya on the losing bench lol... Hugs Marge

Wow Phyllis! There's nothing like letting everybody in on your surgery plans. So many of us have tried to keep our "abnominal surgery" secret..but your fiance pulled out all the guns on this one right??? I think it's good to have so much support out there for ya. At the time I was so excited..I wanted to tell everybody..but I didn't, just let the chips fall as they may. Good luck with your pre-op liquid. You are gonna make it through the liquids before and after surgery with total class You'll be in my thoughts for the next few days...wishing you the best! You'll do great!!! HugsGinger

Hi Jamie, I was told not to drink 30 minutes before a meal and 30 minutes after my meal. Wow 1 1/2 hours is a long time. I haven't tried any juice before. I have tried diet V8 splash and it was good. I mostly drink crystal light. Take care, Diana 379/174/?

hi jamie i'll confess to occasionally taking a sip of water while eating. and my rule is not drink for 30 minutes after eating...i usually can adhere to that. i've not tried fruit juices cause i fear the sugar content, too. about all i drink anymore is propel water. i always drank walmart's flavored water before surgery, but it's carbonated and i really had a hard time finding something that i liked to drink after surgery. i'm not too crazy about plain water. when i finally came across propel, i was thrilled. hang in there -- you'll find your routine in time. deb -249

I would check on te instructions to wait 1 1/12 hours after eating to drink. I have never heard of anyone being told to wait that long. Hopefully it is incorrect. Loris
