Good evening to ya Aliya,
B. 1/2 bagel, 1 egg w/ 1 sl. bacon and cheese. 20 oz. coffee
S. 1 C. sf lt. yogurt , chees-its
L. salad w/ 1 oz. cheese, 1 oz. chic. breast, mandarin oranges,1 T. sunflower seeds and rasberry vin. dressing -yummmm
S. sf lt. yogurt
D. 1/2 c. schzuan green beans, cup of shrimp w/ coctail sauce
S. bowl of strawberries, 1/2 **** cream
30 oz. cl. lt. tea
Vits.
I am late, since it's Sunday morning, but here was my Saturday menu:
pre-b: sf hot choc with 1 1/2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
breakfast: bowl of Special K with 1/2 banana and skim milk
lunch: a Starkist tuna 'kit' and a string cheese
dinner: 1/2 a grilled cheese and turkey sandwich, 1/2 an apple
snack: 100 calorie bag of popcorn
snack: handful of multigrain ritz chips and cheese, then a lowfat granola bar.
lots of decaf tea with splenda, a Tropical smoothie with protein, some light OJ and about 12 oz of water.
I was doing O****il I had that 2nd snack last night. Oh,well.

Lets see what did I eat yesterday?
Pre B-my usual coffee and water
B-high fiber cereal with cc milk
S-protein shake
L-scrambled egg with 2 slices of high fiber toast and SF syrup
S-sb bar
D-grilled cheese and 1c tomatoe soup
about 900 last night I was having more coffee(decaf ofcourse at that hour) to curb my urge to eat and it worked!
