What's on YOUR menu for Monday?
Good Evening ladies
How is everyone doing today? I'm good.
Nothing too exciting going on in my neck of the woods. Just a typical Monday of cleaning and laundry.
Here's my menu...
B~Protein shake
L~Nothing. I forgot
S~Slice of 2% cheese
D~ Steamed crab legs and shrimp. I went and bought some from wally world. $2.97 a lb. I think I'm hooked.
S~Protein shake.
Water: 30 oz so far
Vitamins: iron left
Exercise: will walk after dinner

Hi Kay~
I was doing laundry the better part of the day myself. I've done 4 loads I think today and still have a ton that will need to be finished tomorrow. Does it ever end??
My menu~
B: 1/2 Grapple (Looks like an apple/ tastes like a grape)
L: 8oz white CC milk/1 scoop strawberry protein powder
D: 4oz Chicken salad made with chicken, onions, relish, & FF miracle whip
Vitamins taken, working on water, worked out at home
FYI: I bought new chewable vitamins at GNC, they are lemon/lime flavor. I thought they would be nasty but to my surprise they are very good...kinda refreshing

Hi Kay. Let's see...my day started at 5:15 a.m. because I had to go to a nursing conference in Philly. I haven't been up that early in months! But I had a good time there and learned a lot. The only problem....my butt was hurting!!! My bones are too prominent now. I liked the cushion!!! Here's what I had:
B- Carb & Sugar Control yogurt and 3 slices turkey bacon and 1/2 bagel about an hour later
S- 1/2 Pure Protein bar
L- maybe 1 oz. chicken salad....it was nasty!
S- 17 pepperoni and 1 RF string cheese
D- 3 turkey meatballs and sauce...and I'm stuffed now
S- I'll have an Atkins shake before I head out to work tonight at 11 p.m.

I 15000000% believe it was my 'whew' after my doctor's appointment. He was happy, not disappointed like I thought he was going to be, and I felt totally relieved. I've also been very stressed (like a TON of homework that I got on Monday and haven't even started yet that is due Sunday and my finals next week plus a bunch of other stuff that I won't bore you with) and Auntie Flo still hasn't made her appearance yet so I'm STILL PMSing, blah, blah, blah...
I don't weigh myself very often, maybe once every 4-6 weeks or so if even then, so I don't have that coming into play. I don't have a scale at my house so it's kind of whenever I go to the doctors or to the gym or someplace that has a scale I may weigh myself (even done it at Wal-Mart once where they sell the scales
) but otherwise I just don't. I tend to over-obsess about it if I do it too often.
And...what makes you think my purchase was clothing???
