You can do it, sweetie, you really can! You are doing very well so far. My mother quit years back after 40 years of Chesterfield King no filters. Just made a decision and never picked one back up. My sister quit earlier this year after 30 years of smoking (since she was 18). She quit not out of choice though she has thought about it for a quite a while. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and they ciggies had to go for her overall heath in addition to clearing her lungs for the long (15 hours) mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. You, like my mom (resting in peace) and my sister, are strong and can and will do this! Kathy
