Helloooo, is anybody out there? The board has been dead today. Where is everyone? I hope everyone is doing OK. I'm having a nice day. I've stayed home all day and cleaned house and did laundry. How was your day? When I first started doing this post, I got LOTS of responses but now only a few share their menu's. Come on people, let us know what's on your menu today. Here's my menu... B~Protein shake S~1/2 a small pear L~Protein shake D~ skinless baked chicken thigh and few bites of broccoli and cheese. Water: 45 oz so far Vitamins: iron left Exercise: walked 1 mile. Just got in from work... B: orangesicle protein drink 20gms protein L: 2 baby spoons of turkeu chili 1 string cheese 1 soy crisps D: 2 mini pepeproni pizza rolls 1 achieve One hazelnut cream--I don't think my tummy likes them for one there is real coffee inside them and two my tummy is a talking. I just order 1 case of vanilla nut, one case hazelnut and one case of mocha...I guess my husbands get these......Lately If i don't like something i pass it on to him..hehe
