Seems like some of us are discouraged with today and the past few days. I want to say focus on tomorrow not today or yesterday. We cannot change what happened today or anyother minute of time that has passed. Tomorrow focus on these items... 1 eat protein first 2 hydrate 3 work your wiggles 4 relax 5 love yourself 6 know that YOU DO have what is needed to succeed and that YOU WILL 7 know you are loved and supported If you made a poor choice, bad decision, mistake or whatever, so what, just make your next decision a great one. We are human, we make mistakes. If we fall we need to pull ourselves back up and continue this journey in a positive way. That's my RA RA for you all! Who would have thought I would ever be a cheerleader. Someone wanna send me some pom poms???? God bless, Jen

Wish I had read this earlier, wasn't in a great mood today. I will remember this tomorrow. There wasn't anything I did wrong today, just down in general. Thanks

Love the new pic Jen!! That was a very encouraging post. Yesterday I was so depressed with myself I barely even posted anything. We all hit these walls when we feel that we are doing everything we can yet the results are less than desirable. But your right, today is a new day. Matt 6:25 "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?" Dawn

Wonderful picture. You are such an inspiration for me. What you said was so appapo. I am at the point of why did I ever do this? Sure, I love the weight loss, but living like this is not normal and it gets tireing. Thanks for those words of wisdom. Hazel
