I guess it depends on your personal limitations. It seems like the fat is the only thing that is a "little" high, but if you eat low fat foods the rest of the day then it's nothing to worry about. Just be sure to cook them in FF cooking spray and not butter...lol

My surgeon suggests if I want eggs, to make 2 eggs, one yoke. The fat is in the yoke. I can only eat one egg, and then very rarely, eggs don't work for me. But I don't take the yoke out, that's what I like.
Eggs are a very good food, one of the best. We don't really have to worry about colesteral now, we eat too little. If you crave it, there is something in it you need, so eat to your hearts content. We can't really eat enough of anything, good or bad, to hurt us right now.
Eggs are a very good sorce of protein too. The cheese makes it better. Enjoy.
