Eggs
I was just looking at my food log thinking about how I crave egg and cheese every day.
And then I see your post.
Two different nutritionists I've worked with each called the egg 'the perfect food' - I thought it was a pretty strong commendation. They both said 5-6 a week are just fine for people with lower cholesterol.
Egg (and dairy overall) is one area I always buy organic. There are differences in way the egg is grown and for me, I dont want any hormones in my diet! Its more expensive.
I have to cook my scrambled, keeping the egg moving as much as possible...I add in cheese pretty early and cook that into everything. Yum, I may have to make another for dinner........
Enjoy!!

Remember we don't absorb all the fat anymore. Yes, we have to watch it, but it is more of a concern if you are eating fried foods. I watch fat, but I actually ate too little fat in the beginning and my hair and skin paid for it. We have to have some fat in our daily diet. So if you get that fat from eggs each day, that is even better.
I eat regular eggs...the real deal.
Remember, that supposedly we malabsorb some fats...and eggs are a good form of protein, lecithin and other nutrients. I wouldn't worry about eating them daily, but that is JMO!
Eggbeaters are eggwhites with coloring and flavoring. If you are concerned about the fat in real eggs, maybe you could scramble two, but omit one of the yolks. I personally wouldn't bother...I think they are good for us. Again, JMO!

Real eggs are high in Bioton a b-vitamin that we do not get enough of, it matabelizies carbs and also helps with depression, plus other things.
That is why it is called the incredible edible egg. So your Bioton may be low that is why you are craving them. You can have it checked by your doctor, the b's are the few VERY important vitamins for us, not only just B-12.
