Good evening everyone Happy American Idol Day How is everyone enjoying this lovely weather? I'm having a nice day. I'm on my way to stoll through the park for a while so I'm posting a few minutes early. Here's my menu.. B~Protein shake L~Fried egg cooked in pam spray w/ slice of turkey and cheese melted on top. D~Egg salad.. 1 lg. egg, 2 tsp of FF mayo, 1 tsp of relish and lil grated onion S~Protein shake I decided to do fitday today. Here are my totals.... Calories: 472 Fat: 18 Carbs: 13 Protein: 62 Water: 45 oz so far Vitamins: iron at bedtime Exercise: one mile walk Congratulations to Jen, January board's first POTM Everyone have a wonderful evening Kay

Howdy Kay!!! I was hoping you posted because I'm getting ready to head out. B: 1/2 tangerine L: 8 shrimp seasoned with old bay D: 3oz bottom round steak w/4 broccoli florets Vitamins done, 2 hours at the gym, doing great on water. Dawn

Hi Kay, Enjoy that wonderful weather out there. It was high of 67 here, could be warmer. I'm always cold now, but I guess better than sweating all the time. Hi there Kay!! I am glad you are having a great day, and a stroll in the park sounds like fun too so heres my Menu fo the day: B-I can't remember...oops L-carne asada meat, about 3 oz. D-more carne asada meat, another 3 oz S-not sure yet. Water is doing fine exercise was ok too, chased my son around the yard. vitamins before bed Steph

B-eggs + cheese (140, 14 pro) S-string cheese (80, 8 pro) S2-fake coffee (75) L-lettuce wrap (150, 14 pro) S1--fake coffee (100) S2 pumpkin muffin (small, homemade--96, 4 pro) D--lettuce wrap again (150 cals, 14 pro) S3--will probably have more coffee and 1 more muffin (200, 4 pro) @1000 cals, 58 pro water-- @50 so far no ex today, only calcium left to take Cathy
