How is everyone enjoying this lovely weather? I'm having a nice day. I'm on my way to stoll through the park for a while so I'm posting a few minutes early.
Here's my menu..
B~Protein shake
L~Fried egg cooked in pam spray w/ slice of turkey and cheese melted on top.
D~Egg salad.. 1 lg. egg, 2 tsp of FF mayo, 1 tsp of relish and lil grated onion
S~Protein shake
I decided to do fitday today. Here are my totals....
Calories: 472
Fat: 18
Carbs: 13
Protein: 62
Water: 45 oz so far
Vitamins: iron at bedtime
Exercise: one mile walk

Enjoy that wonderful weather out there. It was high of 67 here, could be warmer. I'm always cold now, but I guess better than sweating all the time.
B-4 Ounces of Dannon Lit n Fit Blackberry Yogurt
L-1/2 c. of Lactaid Cottage Cheese w/6 raspberries & 8 blueberries
D-1/2 of grilled chicken, few bites of canned corn, salad & 1/2 piece bread
Water: 40 ounces so far
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: 30 minutes at curve

so heres my Menu fo the day:
B-I can't remember...oops
L-carne asada meat, about 3 oz.
D-more carne asada meat, another 3 oz
S-not sure yet.
Water is doing fine
exercise was ok too, chased my son around the yard.
