Good afternoon Ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm doing great! My parnter wants to go to the lake for a little evening fishing and this time she talked me into going with her. She is so addicted! I know I wont be back til later so I'm posting a little early. Anything exciting going on in your neck of the woods today? Here's my menu.... B~Protein shake L~ 1/4 C. Tuna salad and 1/2 a HB egg. D~Protein shake. S~ fruit or SF popsicle. Water: 25 oz so far Exercise: walk in the park Vitamins: almost done. Everyone have a blessed day Kay

Hi Kay~ It seems to me that you live a very relaxed lifestyle. I would love to go fishing and walking by the lake as often as you do. You seem to have a wonderful relationship with your partner. Nothing exciting in this neck of the woods..lol. I have a pilates class at 6pm and them I'm heading back home to plop on the couch...sounds like fun huh? lol Did you ever have one of those days when you just don't feel like eating? I must have looked in the fridge 10 times today and closed it because nothing called out to me. B: skipped. (drank water instead) L: 8oz CC milk w/ half scoop banana protein and half scoop strawberry protein (Trying to be creative) D: nothing yet. Maybe tuna I don't know. Maybe another shake. Vitamins done, doing well on water, going to the gym in an hour. Dawn

relaxed lifestyle pretty much describes us. We love to be outdoors! She works third shift and I work from home just a couple hours in the morning so we have all day to do whatever. I had a not hungry day too. I had to force myself to get 1/4 cup of tuna down. Kay

Nothing exciting here!! Just the same ol routine with the kids B-scrabled egg with a slice of 2% american cheese and a few bits of sausage. L-baked chicken with broccoli and cheddar pasta, about 4 bites. D-dont know yet, probably more chicken S-some propel with a scoop of protein water good vitamins before bed exercise, probably a walk Steph

Hi Kay, Sounds like a fun time at the lake. The weather was beautiful here today, around 77. The weekend looks cooler but at least not rain. Here goes: B-4 ounces of Dannon Lit N Fit Strawberry Banana Yogurt L-1/2 c. of Lactaid Cottage Cheese & 4 chunks fresh pineapple D-1/2 of a grilled turkey burger, 5 green beans & 1/4 c. of homemade mac salad Vitamins: Check Water: 40 ounces so far Exercise: 30 minutes at Curves Have a good night, Carly

Today's Menu: Drank 4 c water before work ( I try to do this everyday) Breakfast: 1/2 Protein Bar Snack: Achiev One Cappucino Lunch: Chicken Salad on Crackers made of just cheese (not carbs) Snack: handful of nuts Supper: 1/2 Schwan's Chicken Cordon Bleu (these are great and one lasts 2 meals) Snack: SF Pudding made w/ Protein Powder Water: 52 oz. in, will finish rest in a little while Vitamins: done Exercise: 10 minutes on cardio bike; bathed wild dog, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning bathtub after wild dog bath Karla 337/267/150

Hi Kay! Glad you do this every day. It helps to see what others are eating. Here is mine for today: Breakfast: 2 rice cakes with 1 Tbsp peanut butter Decaf, nonfat latte with 1 tsp sugar Snack: 1 banana Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich with diet mayo and lettuce. S: Apple, 1 string cheese Dinner: 1 or 2 chicken enchiladas (depends on how much I can eat) pinto beans (homemade) S: skinny cow ice cream sandwich (150 calories) or Healthy Choice Bar (90 calories) Water: about 10 cups daily (80 oz) Exercise: walk one mile in the evening (30 minute walk) Diana 291/215/135?
