Appetite increasing

I've been getting really hungry for the past month or so. Sometimes so much that my tummy hurts a little. I usually just drink something if it's too soon to eat. Or I munch on a couple of crackers. Or a nice cup of Carb Countdown Choc milk always helps the soul. April

April, It's good that you can curb your appetite even with a little bite of something. I think that's a good idea to get things under control. I have a feeling it's going to be like this from this point out. Karen S.

Hey Rick Congratulations on the weight loss I bet the 90% that complain about everything are women. I'm not bashing women, but that is why we men have this board. If we want to whine someone in here will do a "reality" slap and get you back into the game. Don't let negative nellies get you down. You will find them in all walks of life and they aren't just women. Surround yourself with positive thoughts and people and you will be more prone to positive results. The bad thoughts will come and may linger a little too long, but being around positive people will get you back on the right track. Keep us posted on your progress. Larry

I'm actually the opposite. I was actually very hungry for the first few weeks after surgery, like up until around 5 weeks. But now, I really don't feel hungry at all. I might get hungry if I've gone 6-8 hours without protein, but other than that, I'm not. I have to say the hunger didn't bother me though, since 've never been a person *****ally felt hunger in the past. I just ate to eat, not because I was hungry. So for me, it was a nice feeling to know, hey, your pouch needs some food, so feed it! But now I'm back to no hunger, which is ok, too. Lisa S.
