~TGIF~ How is everyone doing today? I cant complain. Well actually I could but it wont do me any good. So what exciting plans do you have for the weekend? Well today we are going to rent movies and stay home since its calling for rain and thunderstorms. Saturday I'll be going to the park all day for a pride event. Sunday is church then dinner and a movie with friends. Here is my menu for today... B~Protein shake L~Few bites of each from a salad bar... Romaine lettuce,cheese, sliced ham and turkey, crab salad, hb egg, cucumbers, and very little lite ranch. D~Protein shake.. I'm still full from lunch. S~SF popsicle or few grapes if I want something later. Water: 40 oz so far Exercise: 35 min. walk this morning. Vitamins: done except iron at bedtime. Ok, its your turn. Hi Kay, Tonight I am going with my daughter and her friend (they are 12) to a young people's community theater performance of Aladdin. Tomorrow we will be attending the annual May Faire at her school and then will be at a late-afternoon/evening gathering of my husband's friends who are "train buffs" with their families. Sunday it is church and grocery shopping, laundry etc. Looking forward to the weekend! Today's menu: B: Morningstar sausage patty and 1/2 bagel 4-5 strawberries decaf coffee and 1% lowfat milk with 1 tsp honey S: Yoplait lowfat/low sugar yogurt lowfat microwaved popcorn L: 1/2 lowfat salami sandwich 1/2 apple S: rest of sandwich and apple 1 cheese stick Dinner: I am not sure; maybe a piece of pizza and salad. We are going out before the show. Water: 6 cups so far. Exercise: 30 min walk while my daughter is having her piano lesson this afternoon. Have a good evening! Diana

Hi Kay I am going to rent a steam cleaner to do the carpets this weekend and probably a steamer to take down my hideous wallpaper in my kitchen!! I will be so relieved when that is done, I hate the plaid crap that was here when we moved in. Other than that I am probably just going to clean and do laundry...blah!!! Steph B-nothing wasnt hungry L-a little spaghetti with deer burger D- a little more spaghetti S-not sure yet, maybe protein shake. water-about 46 oz right now vitamins before bed exercise-ran around with my daughter at her field day at school.

I'm going to clean my car inside and out tomorrow, then in the evening I'm going with a friend to her church spring dinner/concert. Another friend of hers' is performing a recital on the piano. Dinner is being served, musical performances then dessert (I'll pass on that thank you very much). Sunday I'm having friends over for dinner & to watch their wedding video. I was unable to attend the wedding because I was still recovering from my surgery. So, my weekend will be full of friends & fun. Today I've eaten: B: rice cake w/1 tab p-nut butter & sf strawberry jelly (had to eat in the car because I overslept this am) L: Morningstar Chik patty with a tiny bit of mayo on a tortilla D: 1/2 of a small chef salad--mostly ham, cheese, 1/4 egg (only the whites) with 2 tab Italian dressing Snack: I might have 1/2 of a banana I've had all my vitamins & water so I'm on track today Kathy

Hi Kay, I'm doing good, looking forward to the weekend as well. Tomorrow I have kickboxing and then going to go shopping w/my mom. Sunday grocery shopping and laundry. B-4 ounces of Dannon Lit N Fit Raspberry Yogurt L-1/2 c. of Lactaid Cottage cheese with blueberries D-1/2 of a chicken caesar salad w/cheese, onion, mushroom & croutons Water: 48 ounces so far Vitamins: Check Exercise: 30 minutes at curves Have a good weekend, Carly

Hi Kay~ My weekend is nothing to write about. Tomorrow I am babysitting for a friend so I can imagine I will be exhausted come evening. Sunday we have church and have to go to both services because DH and I are in a skit. (I only have 4 lines though). I don't know what my beef is lately but I just have no desire to eat. I forced breakfast and lunch because yesterday I only ate 250 calories for the whole day. My menu~ B: 8oz CC milk w/1 scoop vanilla protein L: A Bently Salad from "Salad Works" in the mall: 4 bites of lettuce, some HB eggs, ham, turkey, and cheese. No dressing D: Nothing Vitamins done (started taking "Hair, nail, and skin" vits from GNC), 80+ oz water today, 2 hours at the gym and 1 hour walking outside Dawn

I am so glad it is Friday. It has be a long hard week. They weekend is nothing to write home about. I am going to start scraping the outside of the restaurant getting ready to paint it. I just don't know what color I want yet. But I have some time since it will have to be primed first. Sunday is church and shopping, maybe a brief stop at the kids. B Nada L 1 1/2 oz of roast beef with cheese on it. Three slices of pickled carrots and a couple of spider onions. S three beef jerky nuggets, and 5 slices of pickled carrots. D one french fry. one cheese stick, and 4 bites of chicken noodle soup. the french fry was so yummy. Fluids 80oz Vitamins done Calcium done Have a wonderful weekend. Hazel

B--egg + cheese (140 cals, 14 pro) S--1/4 choc muffin ( I broke my rule about not eating at work again) (100 cals?) L--1/2 chicken breast subway sub (@150, 8 pro) S---fake coffee (@100) S---pumpkin muffin (100, 5 pro) D-apples + PB, little bit of salmon, little bit of cottage cheese, 1/4 sub (325 cals, 25 pro) S--fake coffee (@100) total cals: @1100 pro: @53 no ex today and water and pro low! vits in!
