Good Afternoon How is everyone enjoying the weekend so far? I'm having a nice day. I spent the most of the morning and afternoon in the park then walked the mall for a couple hours. Here is my menu.... B~Cheese stick L~Most of a Grilled hotdog ( no bun) and a tiny bit of mustard. D~1/2 of a small wendy's chili and 2 crackers. S~Protein shake Water: 35 oz so far Exercise: Lots of walking and it feels great to finally be able to! Vitamins: done!! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend Kay

I could tell you what I ate, but then I might hafta cry----suffice it to say that today I fell off the wagon! Tomorrow is a new day and my bike ride! Cathy

Took care of a lot of business today. With the restaurant, so much get put off until Saturday. B Nada L 1/2 Sonic Grilled Chicken wrap D 3oz Chili S Jerky nuggets Fluids 65oz and still drinking Vitamins done Calcium done Exercise walking Hazel

Hi Guys I had a great day today, cleaned out one of my closets (I'm down 4 sizes) then completely cleaned my car--inside & out. I went to my friend's church dinner theatre. It was great. They served soup & salad, applesauce, chicken cordon bleu, sweet & sour carrots, and lyonaise potatos. Then they had dessert--homemade ice cream and all types of pastries & brownies. But, I did really well. The music & singing was fantastic. B: 1/2 of a slim fast meal bar (choc chip) L: 1/2 of a chef's salad that I had for dinner last night D: 2 cherry tomoatoes from my salad (didn't like the dark lettuce), about 4 bites of the chicken--it was the most tender chicken I ever had--I avoided the ham in the center because I had ham yesterday. S: about an hour ago I ate a finger full of sugar free cool whip I've had my water & vitamins so today has been a pretty good day for me. Kathy

Oh Kay I thought i was going to die today... I started out by going into work with my son and nephew since in Palo Alto, California we have a May Fete Parade every first saturday in the month of May. All the children of the local towns and there pets and big bands where in the parade. Well first of all I skipped my breakfast then after the parade I took my son and nephew to Sizzler's....My mistake I took 3 bites of toast with my 4 bites of grilled trout and 1 french fry within 20 minutes i was going through chest pain and foaming of my mouth....I called my angel and she told me to relax and try to sip chicken broth...Well after feeling very very uncomfortable for 4 hours and 23 minutes I finally throwed up... Ugh that was my first experience with And I don't want to go through that again. Dinner: 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt Trying to keep it easy until tomorrow since I still worried about I guest Kaiser was right about soft breads....Dann it was so good but not worth all the pain...................................... suzan

Ohh Suzan, I'm sorry about your experiance today. I have not thew up since surgery and don't want to. It sounds painful. Chest pains and foamies are bad enough. I get foamies bad if I don't chew good or take 1 bite too much. I hope tomorrow is better for you. Kay

Another busy day for me..no rest for the wicked! hot tea to soothe Rufus(my pouch) and take my pills B protein shake S none L 1/2 protein shake(on the road) S nuts D cottage cheese and unsweetened crushed pineapple S none working on my water Nancy B ...ready for bed

Hello... I did good today...Kali's BD party was a great success as was the BBQ. I ate lots of fruit and yogart and my protein shake. I tried a bite of pork rib "LilD" said nope. No chicken, sausage, hamburger. Ate 5 bites of baked beans...mmmmmmm 3 bites of potatoe salad...mmmmmm, 3 bites of macaroni salad...so so 1/2 deviled egg (1/2 a 1/2) 5 chips with ranch dip 2 bites of marble cake and 3 bites of ice cream with my granddaughter. All over a 6 hour period. 52 oz water plus more fruit/ yogart/ cheese tonight at work and lots of water.
