Have you noticed.

Have you noticed that our board is getting slow on the weekends? Is that because weather is getting nicer and there are more things to do, or because we are all getting more and more comfortable in our new skin that we want to get out and do things, or a combination of both. I hope that at least a part of it is because we are getting to a place where we like how we look and feel and want to get out and enjoy life and do all those things that we couldn't or wouldn't before. I miss each of you when you don't post, but go and live life to the fullest and then come back to the board and tell us about it. Hazel

I've noticed a slowdown over all actually. I guess we are feeling food and the support has helped us thru the rough spots. On the mainboard, peaple post daily the same things, like no one reads anything else that is posted. I think we have all read each post and learned from it, we are stronger now and have learned what we need to do so we are all mostly healthy now. That doesn't mean I still don't need you all. I look several times a day on here. This is the board I hope will have a new post. I miss it when it is empty. I will probubly be going on tour in June and wont be able to get on line much, not like now. I hope I will take what I learn here with me and continue our quest we all started together.

I'm thinking that everyone is spending time with there family on the weekends or like you said.. enjoying the beautiful weather. The only reason I'm home is because its raining and COLD! Since I have been coming to OH I have noticed that pre op's spend lots of time on the board and as soon as they have surgery and loose weight, you see them less and less. I guess people are out making up for lost times. Enjoy your day! Kay

The weather has been nicer and we are out and about...not to mention, I have a million things to do on the weekend! My hubby and I were just talking about how we need a weekend off. We are in the middle of a few big projects around the house and it seems like we never get a breather. Chele

I guess I dont have much of a life....I am here all weekend long looking for new posts, andx can never think of anything myself to post. I do go out a bit, but I usually spend time with hubby and the kids. I know that the weather here stinks today, and wasnt much better yesterday. I also know that if it was 80 out and pretty I would probably be at the park with the kids, or helping them rise their bikes I hope everyone is doing well, I miss everyone too!! Take care all, Steph

After working all week and coming home late then cooking I get pooped doing the week. But by the time i post from california everyone seems to have gone to bed.. And on weekends I was out shopping for clothes-grocerys, paying bills, walking in park, house work, picking up kids and dropping them off everywhere. I feel like I try to cram a week in 2 days. This week I only get sunday off. The weather in San Mateo is beautiful warm and sunny.........Wishing everyone a happy healthy day.... suzan

I've noticed how quiet it gets.... But I'm always racing around this time of year normally, lol! I'll have to make a point now to stop by alot during the weekend
