Posting Early Today!!!!!!! Today was a day of vegging and relaxation. I've been making sure I drink and eat my protein, doing good so far. Been out taking pictures of my bunnies, so I'll let you all know when they're up on my personal site and you can see baby bunny pics lol. *~*Jaci*~*

The restaurant takes a lot out of me so I don't get a whole lot of extra done. I need to start making myself go to the fitness center and working out at least every other day. I do put on a lot of miles in a days time and do a lot of bending and lifting. I'm not one of those bosses that sit around and make my employees do it all. I don't expect anyone to do what I won't. Hi Jaci I WORKED MY WIGGLES TODAY!!! I jsut signed back up for Jazzercise and I felt Great when I was done!! The only thing I asked the instructor about how many calories we burned she stated anywhere between 550-700...WOW I dont think I eat that much today. 1 hr of cardio and toning....DH felt lost we normally go for a walk together but I jsut dont feel like I am getting anything out of it. I worked in the garden a little, and then ran around after some kids at our girl scout meeting!! Other than that I really didnt do much in the way of exercise. Steph

Jaci, Will you belive I went to the Y TWICE today. My totals are - 41 minutes on the elliptical - I kicked butt today! 30 - 40 minutes on the weights working so that I can wiggle less.... God Bless, Jen

Went to gym. 1 hour on treadmill at a slower pace/incline of 12...trying to appease my bum baby toe. Elliptical trainer for 10 mins. A couple machines. 875+ cals. Toward the end of my workout, I started feeling dizzy...like I was going to blackout. I was well hydrated, so I think it was my blood sugar. I bought some mixed nuts at the restaurant and ate a serving (along with a couple of Sun Chips) and started feeling better. That has never happened to me before. Not only that, but while I was trying to be gentle on my broken toe by walking at a slower pace, my whole foot is now swollen. My doctor would like to cast it but I would like to give it time to see if it heals on it's own. She wants me to stay off of it as much as possible. I'm going to try to work out the wiggles by swimming laps. We'll see how that goes. Chele

Chele~ Even without the bad toe you should do a slower pace on a higher incline. I do 2.8 on #12. Believe it or not it burns more calories and tones faster. Dawn

I must have overlooked this post last night. DH was messing up my consentration. He wanted me to watch the David Blaine special with him. I did work my wiggles yesterday... 35 min elliptical (497 cals) 60 min weight machines (339 cals) 15 min Arc Trainer (254 cals) {first time on one of these} Dawn
