Topic: Hump Day Eatin'
Happy hump day ladies
Only 2 more days for me because I'm off on the 4th!!! I hope everyone is having a nice day. I went grocery shopping, paid some bills and laundry before coming to work so nothing too interesting.
I just found out that I quality for a full grant so, Im going back to school in Aug!
Anyway, come be accountable for what your eating!
Breakfast: Nothing.. was out and about
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Subway 6" sub.. roast beef & turkey and a few baked chips. (picked most of the top bread off)
Snack: NSA yogart
Dinner: Smart ones frozen dinner
Snack: Protein shake

I'm posting kinda late but here goes..
-Turkey n cheese on slice on wheat bread, SF rice pudding
-1/2c. LF cottage cheese, sliced strawberries
-3/4c. dry cheerios, watermelon chunks
-popcorn
-4 baked party wings, 1/2c. string beans, 1/2 yam w/lite butter and splenda
-SF choc pudding, RF cheese stick, 3 graham crackers
I still had 2 points to blow

B: egg with a slice of turkey bacon and a pinch of LF shredded cheese
S: white beans, cottage cheese, dollup LF thousand island dressing in a big piece of iceburg lettuce
L: a Quorn chicken patty with some tomato sauce and mozz cheese (parmesean style)
S: protein shake. And a second protein shake. I missed mine yesterday and just craved a second one.
D: 1/3 veggie quesadilla (Reggie got most of the tortilla) and a bunch of tofu from the salad bar at whole foods.
S: probably a SF Fudgcicle
Water - lots. Vits - going for one now. Exercise - driving the convertible??? I did some gardening and am about to go for a walk.

Ronna was spot on, the food must have been bad. I am bummed as I liked that place and I liked eggplant but wont go for either again. Although I may try eggplant again at a PF Changs or something like that. My system is still not right and my dr has me using Immodium and maxing out on the water so I dont get dehydrated. She said my small tummy was probably a blessing as I ate just a little, someone with a normal stomach would have eaten more and been much worse off.

Glad to hear you are doing well other than the regain concerns. Nobody is allowed to lecture a pregnant woman except her doctor!!
My highest was 280, my lowest 182 so 98 pound loss. I am now at 194 so I have gained 12 lbs since my lowest so 11% regain. My increase is from too much wine with dinner and not enough exercise but I am working to change the pattern.....going with friends to the gym, not out to eat. I am too close to the 200lb point for any comfort, I never want to see a weight over 200 ever again.
