I know I am pregnant ... and that I already had one baby. With that being said, I had gained a little weight, AFTER I had lost some of my baby weight from Faith. At my lowest (during the first trimester with Faith) I weighed 189 for about a week. I was at 212 when I got pregnant this time. So my gain was 23 pounds before getting pregnant this time. I know a lot of us have regained and wonder what the average is? My highest was 315, lowest 189. For a total loss of 126 pounds. My gain was 23 pounds which is about a 19% gain. If you have gained from your lowest, what percent of weight loss did you gain back? I am freaking out a bit ... it I gain 23 pounds when all is said and done again, that will be 46 pounds of gain. Holy freaking crap. That will put me at 235 - a place I really do not want to be. The other thing that is freaking me out is that my stomach is huge, for real, I look about 5-6 months pregnant. All of a sudden it popped and nothing fit. I had to go shopping at Lane Bryant to get some decent shorts. Thankfully, they had a great stretchy cotton/spandex fabric with a soft waistband. I bought one size up and should be able to wear untl I deliver. Now, before anyone lectures me. I am not dieting nor am I limiting calories or any of that. I am eating (as healthy as possible) and will continue to through birth. God Bless! Jen

Cute new avatar! I really need to put up some new pics also. Nothing special for me. Went walking around the city and came home to nap before I had to work tonight. 1 week down on WW and everything's good. I have to go in for weigh-in to see how everything's going. Hope I lost a few!! B- 1/2c. scrambled egg whites, 2 chicken sausages, 4 mini waffles w/SF syrup S- banana L- little hodgepodge from the hot bar all protein D- 4 baked party wings, 3/4c. green beans, 1/2 large sweet potato w/butter n splenda S- snack bag of pretzels...left my popcorn at home!! April

Last week 218 Today 217 I am glad that it was not 220. We had a huge party on Sat to celebrate Faith's first birthday, Nathanial's 3rd and the adoption. We ate like pigs ... Sat. I had to spend the day in bed yesterday b/c I was pooped from preparations and partying....

Back to the basics for me.. I was off track for the weekend! Come be accoutable.with me. I hope everyone had a nice weekend! B~ Hard boiled egg and 3 strips of bacon S~ Slim fast protein bar L~ Salad with grilled chicken, hb egg, cheese, red onion and lite ranch S~ 4 small yogart covered pretzels.. made my tummy hurt! D~ Alfredo.. wheat noodles, chicken breast, shrimp, turkey sausage, peppers and onions and alfredo sauce. I made it so I have more protein in it and less pasta and measured the sauce to control carbs and sugars... YUM-O S~ Protein shake That's it for me! Kay
