Topic: Accountability Friday
Hi all. TGIF!!! I'm so glad this week is ova! Anyway, at work for night (sigh) and can't wait to leave in the morning!
-chicken n broccoli w/spaghetti & alfredo w/whole wheat fettucine
-1 c. Special K cereal w/ 1c. FF milk
-1c. FF milk, mixed fruit
-1/2 pumpkin scone..my treat for the day
-small bag of doritos
-1 slice whole wheat pizza w/mixed vegs on top
-Latte Lite from DD's
I went over my points a little today, but I still have about 34 weekly points left over. This whole Weigh****chers points thing isn't bad!!! I don't feel myself getting as hungry. I'm hungry when I should be! So far, so good. I go on vacation next week, so I'm a lil scurred

Topic: Accountability Thursday
Hello Ladies
How is everyone doing today? I'm good. Today is my Friday because I'm off tomorrow!!! Me and a few friends are taking a road trip to Atlanta, GA for the weekend. My daughter is going to myrtle beach with her best friend so I'm hitting the road too!
Anyway, I'm here to be accountable! Join in
Breakfast: Pure protein bar
Snack: Cheese stick & carb/sugar control yogart
Lunch: Grilled boneless pork chop & steamed broccoli
Snack: Carb/sugar control yogart w/ 1/2 pack of south beach granola mixed in
Snack: 2 of them orange peanut butter crackers.. so not needed!
Dinner: Smart ones frozen dinner... Chicken marsala and mixed veggies
Snack: Lite yogart
Pretty good on water but working on it!!
I wont have the opprotunity to post so anyone pleae post to keep this going!

OK, if Tory can muster up the strength to get on the scale, so can I. So I did. And I am down 4 lbs from the last time. Phew. I was totally freaked out being at 200 again and feared 200 would come up and I could not deal.
My eating has been really good, overall, but most nights I have wine with my friends and I know that is empty calories. My water is good, I am working to be better with my vitamins.
Highest: 280
Lowest: 182
Today: 194
So I am only 12 lbs over my lowest weight but they have to go. I'd really like to get to 175.
I am optimistic that the gym will help.
A car temp of 136 is very scary!!!

Sounds like you're doing everything right. If you're working out, you have gained muscle. Go by how you feel in your clothes. I gained about 20 lbs. from my lowest and am still wearing the same clothes (though a lil snug with some!). Other than that, definitely check with your doc!

Hi Kay. Nothing too special for me. I did some running around also this morning after work. I may be looking for a job in Chicago, so I have to get a nursing license to practice there. You practically have to sign over your first born!! Geez! other than that...day 3 of Weigh****chers down. It's going pretty good! I really like it! But we'll see if it all reflects on the scale during weigh in next week.
-Chicken stir fry, 1/2c. brown rice
-1/2 turkey n cheese sammy on 1 sl. whole wheat, light n fit yogurt
-1 HB egg
-1 tbsp RF PB, 1 tbsp. reduced sugar jelly on slice of whole wheat, some fruit
-tilapia, some salad w/RF italian
-SF rice pudding

Topic: Help weight gain
I had my RNY in Jan 2006 my weight was 240 went down to 151, but the weight was hard to come off, I workout everyday, only ate what I was suppose to eat but still end up gaining weight. I have not stretch my stomach. I am now weighing at 195. What am I doing wrong or did surgery fail me?

Happy Hump day
How is everyone doing today? I'm just fine! I did some running around before work to get ready to go out of town Friday. Other than that, it's been a typical HOT day!
Come check in and be accountable for what your eating. If you don't want to share, then just share your healthiest meal for the day. We could all use some meal ideas!!
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: Pure protein bar
Lunch: Ham & Cheese omlette & 1 turkey sausage link
Snack:Ham and cheese roll up & carb/sugar control yogart
Dinner: Low carb ( no shell) Taco Salad.. taco seasoned ground turkey, black beans, cheese, salsa and FF sour cream on lettuce.
Snack: Lite yogart and probably a few handfuls of popcorn. Going home and watching a movie with a friend.
Doing better with water today and 1 cup of chocolate cc milk.

Congrats on the weight loss! I have an issue with not drinking enough so I've been trying too! I'm happy you enjoy the post everyday! It really helps me be accountable!

Well I weighed and I am down a couple of pounds not sure if it's because I have upped my fluid intake (thanks to Jen and Sonic) or if it's because I am slowly weaning off of crackers....
I want to thank Kay and April for the food posts I don't usually reply however I do get ideas of things to eat...keep it up

P.S. Can you believe I went out to my car Saturday after a trip to Sprouts and my car temp was (136) omg......
