I did not weigh this morning ... forgot.
I'm a big puff though ... I am not sure how I am going to survive this summer heat and humidity. Thank God for A/C. I had to go out at 7:30 this am and it was stiffiling, seriously, I can barely breath and I am only 3 months pregnant.
Guessing weight was 215 - 217 this am. That has been my range the last couple days.

Ok today is the day...I went to the gym every day but saturday and I think I already feel a difference but the scales does not show that much. I have never been able to lose more than a couple pounds in a week. John did well to. He also went to the gym everyday and even thanked me for the membership.
My stats...
Last week:160 lbs
this week: 158 lbs
2 pounds and I will take it..
My husband weighed but it shows he gained 1 lb but how that is possible I do not know. He has been eating very healthy and not even drinking beer. Oh well on too next week. I hope everyone does better than us.

B- shake
Lunch- tuna and a Mini Wheat Bagel
Snack: Mini Wheat bagel with Peanut Butter and Cream Cheese- yummy!
Dinner: 1 Slice Pizza
When I got home (Targeted emotional eating) Turkey Sandwhich
I got all my water in and did tons of exercise while cleaning my rabbit cages!

S~ mandarin orange cup
L~small bowl of life cereal maple and brown sugar....
D~turkey and swiss cheese on a multi grain flat wrap.....
S~tablespoon of peanut butter, mandarin orange cup.....
100 oz water, all vitamins and exercised at the gym.....

Work has been crazy busy and I haven't had a chance to post but I'm here. Come be accountable. I hope everyone is having a good day!!
Breakfast: 1 whole wheat special K waffle, 2 turkey sausage links and 1 scram egg
Snack: mixed nuts
Lunch: Few steak strips w/ onions and peppers, 2 hot wings and steamed broccoli
Snack: Lite yogart
Dinner: Smart ones frozen dinner.. steak tips and asparagus
Snack: protein shake

Hey Jersey,
I'm more of a lurker than a poster over here lately, but I did miss your posts and am glad to see that you are back. I have had ups and downs in my personal life over the past 7 to 8 months as well, and can relate.
Hugs and keep moving forward. During the roughest times in my life, when I *do* come out the other side, I always seem to find that I've changed for the better and wouldn't have had it any other way.

So happy to see you back wow I remember the Thornbirds read it in like 8th grade (I used to always read my Moms books when she was done with them) Glad things are back on track.....
I have also been struggling I even weighed yesterday and am up 5 pounds from what I never wanted to go over...it is so scary I am pounding the fluid and protien this weekend and will post Monday when I weigh hopefully less.
