I hope it helps! I took my second one yesterday and am just amazed at how different I feel and my energy level. I may take them more often then weekly for awhile, I started to feel 'fuzzy' about 5-6 days after the first patch. Let us know how it works for you!!

I just ordered 3 boxes I do the sublinguel's everyday but I still feel that I am lacking and I have that fuzzy brain feeling often. I hope this helps.

Hey girl! Kinda late but I'm here! So my deadline to drop some lbs. is Memorial Day weekend
. Me and a girl at work said that's our cutoff point! I'd just like to lose 10-15 lbs. 15 is pusing it but I'll see how it looks! I'll be getting a trainer too...I'm ready! Anyhoo...here's what I had;
1 chicken leg quarter, salad w/creamy italian dressing
cheese snack, Light n Fit, 1/2 snack bag mini pretzels
scram egg whites, 1.5 pcs. sausage, 1/2 slice 7 grain toast, few roasted potatoes, 1 bite cranberry scone...yum!!
protein shake
1 p. tilapia, salad, 1/2c. brown rice
And I worked out!

Hey April, I'll post since I'm just sitting here. I'm off today so I've been chillin all day.
I'm going out to eat tonight with my friend after a movie then to a dessert bar after that so I've been really good all day.
Breakfast: Adkins Shake
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Power crunch bar and another Atkins shake an hour later
Snack: Strawberries
Dinner: Going to Hymans, my fav. seafood resturant.. I usually get the broiled seafood platter.. flounder, scallops and shrimp. I'm getting me a loaded baked potato because I deserve it!!!!
Dessert: Something high calorie and chocolate!

I didn't get online yesterday so I'm sharing now. Lets see, this is what I had to eat yesterday..
Breakfast: 1 pack of grits and 2 turkey sausage links.
Snack: HB egg
Lunch: Roast beef, cheese, lettuce and red onion in a LC wheat wrap
Snack: grazed on a fruit/cheese tray at work..
Dinner: 1 turkey and cheese roll up, 1 pickle spear, cheese cubes, crackers, fruit, huge shrimp, few meatballs, 2 hotwings.. Baby shower at work. I just had a little bit of everything.
Snack: 1 mini cc cookie, tiny peice of cake, 2 chocolate dipped strawberries

Hi all,
My doctor recommended this new product and it is amazing. I feel like someone took off the fuzzies from my brain. You wear it behind your ear for 24 hours once a week. I guess my B12 was diminishing and I did not even realize.....
