Welcome home girl!!!
You will find a lot of people here to support you and to make you company in your way to the right track. I have been in the fields of depression and anxiety. It's not an easy way but therapy will help you go out of it. Your daily fight to go back to your normal life will get you out of depression and anxiety. If you feel like living in a dark tunnel not finding a way out, do not get deperate you will find very soon a light at the end of the tunnel. It took me a while to go out of it, but at the end the fight got me its reward.

Work has been crazy but I'm here to be accountable! Come share!
B~ Protein shake
S~ Ham and Cheese roll up & 1 pickle spear
L~ Pure Protein bar & handful of grapes
S~ Watermelon and cucumber slices w/ lite italian (not together)
S~ 2 bites of a co-workers cinnamon roll. I said no half the day and finally gave in.
D~ Turkey, cheese, letttuce, red onion and FF mayo in a LC wheat wrap
S~ Going out with friends so I know I'll have a couple "drinks". That's why I tried to eat lite all day.
I drink plenty of water all day!

Its so nice to see that alot of you have kept in contact over the last year that I havent been on the boards-UGH
After having my second son life had turned upside down for me-a year later and I am on meds for anxiety as well as depression and still up to 160 from my lowest of 142-I cant get myself back on track and I need to-I am going to try to post again and I start seeing a therapist next month so hopefully I will get myself back to normal very soon and start enjoying my life and my family the way I had before-Im glad to see everyone is doing so well-Ive missed all of you and your support

I've missed ya!! I agree with you, Weigh****chers is great. It has helped me get back on track, I'm super aware of my eating like I was in the begining and I'm loosing the weight that I have gained. The support there is also great! Knowing that I have to check in also keeps me straight!
Ok, enought weigh****chers talk. I sound like a commercial!
What my surgeon told me about protein shakes.. He said they will make you gain weight so when you do drink them, be aware of your daily calorie intake. Replace a meal with them or drink them at the end of the day IF you need to up your protein and you havent't had a lot of calories for the day.
Alright I'm done talking now!! Here's my being accountable..
B~ Cheese stick & Yogurt
S~ Few watermelon chunks
L~ Salad.. Ham, cheese, red onion, cucumbers and lite italian & Handful of grapes
S~ SF Pudding
D~ Smart One's frozen dinner & Steamed broccoli
S~ Protein hot chocolate.

Hi all! I'm coming to be accountable! Come join me. Still working on the Weigh****chers thing. I must admit I've been kinda half-assed with it. But when I was on it full force, I was doing wonderfully and pretty much kept off the weight I lost. I just haven't been losing more! WW is a great tool for those of us that have gained from our lowest. I've stopped taking my protein drinks though...they were making me gain! I just get all my protein from food and I usually manage to rack up at least 70g/day! I might start adding an Atkins shake or something on days I work out. We'll see...
-1/2c. LF cottage cheese, some cantaloupe chunks
-7 RF triscuits
-turkey and cheese on 2 slice Weigh****chers bread, some salad
-made some wheat spaghetti and I'll heat up a chicken italian sausage and throw some marinara over both.
-I'll treat myself to a weigh****chers ice cream sandwich! I'll munch on some fruit if I get hungry later...
