Monday Morning Weigh Ins
Hey Everyone! Happy Memorial Day! We are all doing so wonderful!!! Well, before Friday I was down do 162 I couldn't believe it and today I am back up to 164, I can't complain though. My dh and I went out for an overnight away from the kids on Saturday and I didn't eat great all weekend and I guess that's why. But I still had a good loss for the week so I'm excited. I had another 2 pound week! I cant complain, I'll take a 2 pound loss over a gain or stall anyday!

SO I totally agree with Crystal and I think my loss is all hair! My hair is falling out like crazy, I am just happy I have super thick hair to begin with, I am hoping it will slow down soon and it will make most of a difference anyway!

Good afternoon, everyone! Damon has the day off (actually a 4 day weekend~yippy!!) and we are getting ready to head over to a friend's house for BBQ and swimming. It's beautiful here today in Northern CA. However, not a fabulous week numbers-wise, but it's better than nothing at all...it's moving sooooo slooowwly now.
Highest/surgery: 251
Last Monday: 190.5
Today: 189.4
So a whopping loss of 1.1 pounds...
. On the positive side, I made it to the 180's
.
I'm at 62 pounds lost overall...about 40 or so more to lose to reach goal. In the meantime...

Hi everyone!! Sorry I'm late with weigh in...had to work last night and sleep today.
Suz, thanks for the fairy dust...it worked!!! The scale finally moved the past few days and I'm down another 4.6lbs this week. whoo hoo! That's a total of 87.4lbs since I started this amazing ride. I was hoping to hit the 100 lb mark by the time my hubby gets home in 2 weeks....it will be close, but, hey, I'm sure not complaining!!!!
I finally had a wow moment yesterday..I had to get new scrubs because the girls at work were making fun of my baggy assed scrubs......I was wearing extra large....picked up a pair of large, looked at them, and though to myself, "there's no way in hell I'll be able to wear these"...so I headed to the dressing room, thinking I was setting myself up for disappointment and also thinking......."why don't they make a large and a half size, because surely, there's no way I'll wear a large".....anyway...I held my breath as I pulled them on and behold, I'm wearing a large size scrub pants!!! Not an xtra large...not a 2x...not a 3x....just a plain ole large.....THAT, my friends, was very cool!!!! haha
I can almost smell the smell of onederland coming my way!!!
Anyway, I hope everyone had a wonderful week....and this is a beginning of a new wonderful week.I'm off to work for night 3.

Last week I had a 4.8lb loss and this week it's only 1.4, but I will take it. We were in Belize most of the week and I also tried alcohol for the first time. I didn't drink much, I can assure you. I tried a Rum Punch, a frozen Pina Colada and frozen Strawberry Daquiri. I didn't have a whole drink of my own, instead I shared with my husband. I know on at least one occasion just a little made me pretty tipsy. I think it was because we were at the pool in the heat and I had not had much to eat.
I didn't eat a whole lot in Belize and I didn't get enough protein or water in. Then when I did eat it wasn't really healthy choices. Almost everything on every menu we had was some type of seafood. I don't do seafood at all. So that left me with eating things like chips & salsa, but I never had more than about 8-10 chips. I am sure the sodium is causing me to retain water.
Oh well, let's hope that getting back home and back to my regular work/work out schedules I can get back on track with my next mini goal. I met my 60 lb loss last week. So now, I am working on getting to 155 by my 40th birthday in early July. I have just under 16 lbs to go. I am also wanting to get to the 160's soon.
