I haven't accomplished all my goals yet.   I just wanted to post I think (I hope I don't jinks myself) I have broke the stall.  I have started to wear some size 18 tops but still wearing 20's too.  The LB size 2 pants are getting a little lose but, not into the size 1's yet. I wanted to see if anyone has made thiers

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

Okay I am in on this also.  I need it bad.  My three goals are.

1. make sure I take all my supplements every day!!
2. eat less carbs and track the protein so I can get out of this stall.
3. get to the gym at least three times every week.

I have been doing okay and lost a few pounds this month but I am still 20 lbs from my goal.

I have heard several stupid comments though like what are doing turning anorexic, and my god your wasting away to nothing.  Well I have to say i am neither at 170 I still need to lose 20 lbs and would like to lose 30...

I like it! I agree that it makes you look younger. It shows off your pretty eyes.

Hey Kat, You are looking good.  I am still losing hair.  You guys are all an inspiration.  I think I will just keep cutting.  Short hair is cute!

Restriction is such a funny thing.. sometimes you have it and others not so much, you know? The lose has definitely gone slower than I anticipated.. much slower. But maybe I'm just a slow loser? My greatest fear is that the band isn't going to work for me.. just for that reason alone.

Sauces and me were never friends til after surgery.. not I'm eating salad oils and dressings and it's just crazy?! Proteins seem to be so difficult for me to get in.. I can't eat most meats even when I chew them like crazy! They just seem to get stuck like it's unbelievable.. and yet, with other foods I can eat like it's going out of style!

Stalls are the worst, aren't they? I mean.. you're doing it all right and you still get to a point where you just cannot break it!

That's 230 for me.. no matter what I do, 230 is just not budging.. then I get frustrated and gain some back! Which makes it all the worse for me..

Is it possible that your body has become accustomed to having the 2-3 miles a day and now you need to up it? I know that has happened to me before.. speaking of which, wonder if that's what is going on now?
